For Orders Of Gemstone(s)
Any cancellation of Gem Stones(s) order by a customer after the placement of the order but prior to receipt of Final Invoice from us will result in cancellation charges of 10% of the total estimated amount.
Any cancellation of Gem Stone(s) order by a customer after the dispatch of Final Invoice by us will result in 25% cancellation charges of total invoice amount.
Interest will be charged at the rate of 2% per month for any delays in payment of the balance amount. The delayed days will be counted from 10 days after dispatch of the Final
Invoice from our side.
No cancellation or refund will be processed once the goods have been shipped and the tracking number is sent to the customer by us.
For Orders Of Yantra(s)
Any cancellation of Yantra(s) order by a customer after the placement of the order but before the energizing process will result in the cancellation charges of 10% of the total amount as cancellation charges.
Any cancellation of Yantra(s) order by a customer after the completion of energizing process will result in 25% of the total amount as cancellation charges.
No cancellation or refund will be made once the Yantra(s) has been shipped and the tracking number is sent to the customer by us.
For Astrological Services
Any cancellation of astrology service(s) after the placement of confirmed order will result in cancellation fee of 10% of the total amount paid for the order.
Any cancellation after getting confirmation e-mail/delivery date for the service(s) will result in 25% of amount paid for the order as cancellation charges.
No cancellation or refund will be made once the service is provided through email/telephone as per the order requirement.
